Terms of service.

Why this page exists.
This is the agreement between you and Blackjack Duck for using this site. We’ve kept it short and plain. By visiting the site, you accept these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.
Who can use the site.
Real-money blackjack content on this site is for adults. You should be at least 18, or of legal gambling age in your country, whichever is higher. Educational content (strategy, math, rules, history) is open to anyone, but the site is not designed for minors.
You’re responsible for following the laws of where you live. We don’t promote gambling in places where it’s restricted, and we expect you to respect those laws too.
What this site is.
Blackjack Duck is an educational and editorial site about the game of blackjack. We publish strategy guides, tools, simulators, casino reviews, and news. None of it is financial, legal, tax, or professional advice.
Blackjack involves real risk. Past results don’t predict future outcomes. We don’t guarantee that anything you read or use here will help you win, and we strongly recommend you only ever play with money you can afford to lose.
If gambling stops being fun, see our responsible gambling page for help.
Affiliate disclosure.
Some outbound links to casinos are affiliate links. If you sign up through one of them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships never influence our editorial rankings or what we write about a casino.
For the full breakdown, see our affiliate disclosure and editorial policy.
What we own.
The content on Blackjack Duck (writing, design, code, charts, illustrations, and tools we built) is ours. You can read, share, and link to anything you find on the site. You can quote short passages with attribution. You can’t copy-paste entire pages, repackage our tools, or pass our content off as your own.
If you want to republish or syndicate something, reach out via the contact page. We respond to honest requests.
Things you shouldn’t do.
A short list:
- Use our content or tools to defraud, deceive, or harm anyone
- Scrape the site at high volume without permission
- Reverse-engineer our tools to launch a copycat product
- Misrepresent your age or location to access content meant for adults
- Submit malicious code, spam, or abuse through the contact form
Sites we link to.
We link out to casinos, regulators, news outlets, research papers, and other resources. Once you click out, you’re on someone else’s site. We have no control over what they do, how they treat your data, or what they show you. Read their terms and privacy policies before signing up or sharing information.
We pick the casinos we list carefully, but we’re not responsible for what happens after you leave.
Liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any gambling losses, addiction outcomes, or issues with third-party sites (including casinos we link to). Use this site at your own risk.
That said, if something feels wrong (a number that’s off, a link that’s broken, a recommendation that didn’t hold up), tell us. We fix what we can.
Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we bump the “Last reviewed” date at the top. Material changes get a more visible note. Continued use of the site means you accept the latest version.
We update them whenever there’s a big change to how the site works.
