What we collect right now.

In Phase 1, very little.

• Aggregated analytics via Plausible - page views, referrers, country (no IP storage, no tracking cookies, no cross-site profile). Plausible is a privacy-first, GDPR-compliant analytics provider based in the EU.
• localStorage flags in your browser for the age-verification confirmation and the cookie notice acknowledgment. These never leave your device.
• Outbound affiliate clicks - once we add the click redirector, we’ll log casino-slug + country + timestamp to measure performance. Never personally identifying.

What we don’t do.

• No accounts (Phase 2).
• No third-party tracking cookies.
• No selling data to anyone.
• No advertising networks.

Phase 2 changes.

When user accounts, reviews, and the community shoutbox launch, this policy will be expanded to cover account data, email processing (via Resend), and rate-limiting (via Upstash). A new revision will be issued and you’ll be asked to acknowledge it.

Your rights.

Even with the limited data we collect today, you have the right to ask what we have, export it, and request deletion. Email our contact address and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Children’s privacy.

Blackjack Duck is a strictly 18+ site. We don’t knowingly collect any data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has accessed our site, please contact us so we can investigate.
